About the Business
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 -2 working days. If for any reason your item is not in stock it will be dispatched within 4-5 working days. We will contact you to let you know if there is going to be any further delay. If you require your order urgently or need a guaranteed next day delivery please contact us.
International orders from within the EU usually take 5 - 7 working days, the rest of Europe is around 7 - 9 working days. The rest of the world can be anywhere between 5 -14 working days depending on country. We can arrange express delivery if you are willing to pay the extra cost although you will need to contact us first. Primarily we use Royal Mail International Signed for on all International Dispatches.
Delivery times are only estimates and we cannot be held responsible for slow service from Royal Mail. We will assist in tracking your delivery down and every order sent out is insured for loss or damage.
