About the Business
The shop was founded in 1877 by the Jones brothers and remained in thier family until Pam took over in 1988; making her only the second owner of Jones in it's history. Pam is very articulate, has an eye for fashion and is great at matching shoes and bags with the wedding outfits that customers bring in for our personal service. Sue as been the manageress for the past 9 years but has been at Jones for almost 15. She to has an eye for colour as this can be an important part of her job as the shop has lots of customers seeking our advice. Kim as been at Jones for almost 9 years, Kim is a very hands on member of staff from serving customers to stock room control.
We are a very happy team and regularly get together outside of work but the conversation always turns to shoes as this is our big passion.
